To change your Date of Birth (DOB) on your Aadhaar card, visit the nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK) with your original supporting documents. The update must be done offline as online requests for DOB changes are often rejected by UIDAI.
UIDAI allows only one Date of Birth correction in a lifetime to maintain data integrity. If you have already updated your DOB once, further changes require exceptional approval from the UIDAI Regional Office.
