- Within the same constituency. If you shifted between sectors but remain in the same Assembly segment, a Form 8A correction is all that is needed. Only your address and polling booth details are updated.
- Across constituencies. If your new address falls under a different Assembly segment, you need to file Form 6 for fresh enrolment in the new constituency along with a deletion request from your previous roll.
